She recently wrote ‘Monster Inside My Brain’, which is about mental health, suicide prevention and addiction to try and help people who are suffering from these illnesses and raise awareness.

Ellie Rose Henry is currently supporting several mental health charities through her Gofundme, due to the huge amount of work they do in the city, saving the lives of people and families.
The charities include the likes of Foyle-Search And Rescue, Samaritans, Lifeline and Me4Mental to name but a few.
