Hi there my fellow Music Crown readers, as usual I’m here to bring you some of the coolest stuff that are going on in the dance music industry, this is Nazen Carneiro and I want to ask you how happy would you be if your track was the chosen one? So you can imagine what Buranello is going through!

Marika is available to DJs on Beatport since June 21, and features a rich and textured sound designed to create moments of tension and euphoria. The track continuously evolves, starting with an engaging melody and dynamic percussion, building up to a high-energy peak. Its captivating melody and aggressive bassline are enhanced by drum samples and synthesizer tones, created using plugins like U-He’s Diva and Arturia’s Pigments 5.

Buranello’s progressive groove vision is evident in Marika appealing to both critics and the general public. His recent EP, “Fading,” also received acclaim from major artists. In his statement to Mixmag Brazil, Buranello emphasized his commitment to diversity in production style, noting, “I love the melodic and progressive, so my productions will always revolve around these styles. Some will lean more towards one side, others towards the other, and sometimes a blend of both.”

The track Marika has received support from prominent artists such as Anthony Pappa, Ilario Alicante, Steve Lawler, and Paco Osuna. It represents a significant achievement for Buranello, who was personally selected by David Morales during a live online A&R session. Morales, along with Frankie Knuckles, is a pioneer of House music, influencing a wide range of producers and shaping a new approach to music production characterized by vocals and melodious arrangements.

“David Morales heard my music during an online event where producers could submit their tracks for feedback from various artists. He was very impressed with  Marika  and decided to sign it to his label, Diridim,” Buranello explained. “In May, I had the opportunity to attend a music production retreat with David Morales, Josh Wink, Marshall Jefferson, and Funk D’Void. We met in person for the first time and developed great chemistry. Since then, I’ve been in close contact with David and the label.”

The climax of Marika is a moment of pure energy, combining all elements to create a sense of euphoria. Buranello hopes his music evokes various emotions in listeners and creates unforgettable moments on the dance floor. With new releases and collaborations on the horizon, he is poised to continue surprising and delighting his audience.
