Lena Younes, a multifaceted artist renowned for her skills as a singer-songwriter, yoga facilitator, and breathwork practitioner, is set to release her debut album, Ways of the Dreamer, in May 2025. The album covers a diverse range of themes, including healing, motherhood, and ancestral connections.
The leading single, “Presence,” is a moving tribute to Younes’ late mother, highlighting the enduring connections across generations. The song is rooted in her personal experience of loss and reflects on maintaining bonds with loved ones even after they are gone.
The production of Ways of the Dreamer has been a six-year endeavor, initiated by Younes’ experiences with breathwork, which unlocked a surge of creativity. The album was produced remotely, with Sebastian Brice overseeing the process from his studio in Frome, UK. Younes recorded her vocals in a unique setting—her father’s wardrobe in Tavira, Portugal.
In tandem with the album, Lena Younes plans to release a book that includes lyrics, poetry, and insights into her creative journey. By integrating her expertise in yoga and breathwork, she offers a holistic experience that extends beyond music. Ways of the Dreamer invites listeners to explore themes of connection and self-discovery.
