Ella Lockert is an eighteen year old alt-pop artist from Norway.
She joined the children’s opera choir at 7 and was a finalist in The Norwegian Eurovision for kids when she was twelve.
Ella then went on a national tour with a full band, before releasing twelve singles and making two live appearances on TV with a tween duo and all before she was sixteen.
‘Whisper all my secrets’ showcases the beautiful and stirring vocals of Ella Lockert as the lyrics flow alongside the gentle piano intro and catchy pop beats that are slowly introduced into the arrangement.
‘Whisper all my secrets’ is a powerful and heartfelt emotional ride. It explores the internal struggle and emotional tug of war when you love someone that you know isn’t good for you, but leaving is so hard.
It starts off soft and vulnerable with piano and Ella Lockert’s vocal “Every inch of you is killing me”.
It moves on to the declaration “this time it’s war”, followed by a powerful buildup and the self-scrutinizing question “Why do I whisper all my secrets?”
