The Afro Nick, the indie rock band fronted by Crete-born musician Nick Anastasakis, has just dropped their latest single, “Get There Before Noon (LA Mix),” now available to stream. Blending alternative rock with heartfelt storytelling, the track captures the band’s dynamic sound, driven by infectious guitar riffs and a powerful message.

The song, inspired by Nick’s experience racing against time after a late-night hangout, carries a simple yet profound message: “You only have one life. You gotta do what you have to do and do it as soon as possible. Hopefully, you get there before noon so that you enjoy the rest of the day!”

“Get There Before Noon” features Grammy-winning synth player Leonardo Genovese and bassist George Athanas, with recordings spanning renowned New York studios and mixed in Dolby Atmos.

With roots in Crete and a growing presence in Los Angeles, The Afro Nick is gearing up for live shows and a West Coast tour in early 2025.
