Drake treated fans to a new song this week during a live performance on his Australia and New Zealand tour.
The rapper dropped his More Life playlist project earlier this year and recently teased that he was working on new material uploading a picture of himself in the studio back in May. In addition to this, an NFL player accidentally ‘leaked‘ a new Drake song playing it in the background of a Snapchat.
Now, the Toronto-native has confirmed he’s been busy working on new material by performing a previously unheard track live on stage in Auckland, New Zealand.
“Please don’t stand at my grave and cry though/I’m not there, they made it so I can never really die, no,” he sings, “Please don’t stand at my grave and cry though/Pop champagne, scream my words.”

During his OVO Fest set in August, Drake told the audience: “I’m going to go back to making this new album in Toronto, just for you”. The rapper’s last official album Views dropped back in April 2016.
