London Grammar have kicked off the New Year by sharing their first piece of new music for nearly five years.
‘Rooting For You’ is the three-piece’s first new track since 2013’s debut album ‘If You Wait’. Two versions of the track have been made available: a radio-friendly single cut, and a live version featuring around two minutes of a cappella.
The band were last month announced on the bill for Helsinki’s Flow Festival, alongside Aphex Twin, The xx, and Lana Del Rey. Also performing at the festival are Flume and Maceo Plex, with more acts to be announced in the lead-up to the summer.
London Grammar will also play a small show on January 5th in a major Australian city, with details to be released imminently.
