Performing on her Straight Up Paula! tour on Saturday night, Paula Abdul fell headfirst off stage.

The 56-year-old singer had danced over to greet some fans during her performance at the Hard Rock Live theatre in Biloxi, Mississippi when she lost her balance and fell from the stage.
But the show must go on, and fans were quick to help her back up.
The fall wasn’t the first injury Abdul has sustained in her 30-year career performing – the singer explained to People in 2009 that chronic pains from dancing had left her dependant on prescription painkillers for 12 years.
