‘A Kind of Dream’ sees The Big Easy begin by delivering a smooth and radiant instrumental arrangement

The Big Easy has operated as a rotating cast of musicians around Berthomieux since its genesis in northern New Jersey, and following him to his current home of Brooklyn, New York.

‘A Kind of Dream’ is their penultimate release and sees The Big Easy begin by delivering a smooth and radiant instrumental arrangement.

The song then proceeds to further entertain with vibrant and harmonized vocals from the New Jersey musicians.

On production duties they tapped A Long Year mixing engineer and New Jersey scene legend Erik Kase Romero (The Front Bottoms guitarist, recording engineer for Gaslight Anthem, The Bouncing Souls and many more).

Their forthcoming album ‘It’s No Secret’ is the follow up to their 2020 album ‘A Long Year,’ that was released by Forged Artifacts.
