MC: What was the thought process like when writing ‘A Little Bit of Change’?

I was just thinking about how I could change my life. Taking one little step towards change in life is all it takes to get us on that new path towards our goals and dreams. I wanted to keep it simple, which is probably the best way to live life.

MC: Do you feel that your writing style is different from
other artists?

I suppose so. I definitely have influences, but all my songs are pretty much from my perspective, my personal relationships, and my experiences. I write however it comes out, I don’t like to take a lot of songwriting ideas from an outside source(although I do accept input), I really want my work to be authentically me.

MC: What inspired you to become an artist?

I have always wanted to be a performer and a singer/songwriter, ever since I was young. I think it is something ingrained in my soul, that I was born with and was put here for. Music has always come very naturally to me, and it is definitely a gift I was given. I want to share my art with the world, and hopefully help some people with it.

MC: Who are some of your musical inspirations?

The Beatles are my favorite band of all time. I grew up in a big family so I was exposed to a lot of different music. I love oldies like Buddy Holly, Elvis, and Dion; I fell in love with Motown artists like Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke, and The Temptations; I love love songs and artists like Boyz II Men, and Journey; I love heavy metal and bands like Megadeth, Disturbed, and Black Label Society; and I have my favorite singers and songwriters like Willie Nelson and Chris Cornell. I love so many music styles and artists.

MC: What is one goal you have for 2022?

I am looking forward to releasing my first full-length album in 2022, and began working on it before I released my newest EP!
