Introducing the South West London based not-for-profit organization PowerJam Band Project

Powerjam Band Project is a unique project which was founded 8 years ago and is run by volunteer industry professionals and certified music tutors for ages musicians ranging from the ages of 9 to 18.

They match young musicians up to form bands, give them the opportunity to rehearse weekly, whilst also managing them and giving them the chance perform live and have their music professionally recorded and released.

This helps budding, serious and disadvantaged young musicians gain confidence both on and off stage.

Powerjam Recordings is a not-for-profit label that was established during the pandemic to provide young musicians creative opportunities after lockdown and allow them to also retain the full copyright to their original songs.

The music released by Powerjam Recordings during covid achieved well over 300K streams and there will be more new music on the way later this year.

One of Powerjam’s bands BlueZd, which features musicians between the ages of 11 and 14 are preparing to release their original song later this year.

BlueZd also represented the UK at the International Teen Festival in NYC in June 2023.
