Australia’s Nic Cester is best known for his legendary vox fronting the rock band Jet who achieved incredible success back in 2003 with their song ‘Are You Gonna Be My Girl‘. Now following his own pathway as a solo artist, Cester is continuing his legacy into the realms of psychedelic rock.
Above is Nic’s #MCSession which was filmed at Folklore Hoxton. Accompanied by a bongo player, a guitar player and a keyboardist, the singer-songwriter performed an enchanting rendition of his album track, ‘Eyes On The Horizon‘.
Sugar Rush, his debut album, was released last year and saw the artist blend a fusion of blues, soul, lost Italian soundtracks and more.
