Joshua and AJ are Amos Ender, the NYC-based duo that seems to be able to transform every sub-genre of rock into their own unique sonic tapestry. From dingy rehearsal studios to small bars to a cemented reputation, they’ve come up unapologetically, and are now unveiling singles towards their debut album, Into The World Of Man.
With the latest teaser ‘Red Suitcase’, they bring a vibrant mix of classic and alternative, with an almost immediate sense of stadium-filling in the atmosphere. Bringing themselves into the indie spotlight, reverberating guitars, pounding drums and chant-like vocals are all leading the fray in the early moments.
From there it’s an energetic, driven, punchy and intensifying anthem, each time the track hits its max energy, it ups the ante again. An exciting second addition ahead of their full-length that showcases some serious dynamism from Amos Ender.
The band explained the track in their own words: “Red Suitcase is all about wanderlust, adventure, and the bright optimism promised by escaping whatever current worries or cares you have and moving on to something else. Upbeat, energetic, straightforward – everything you’d want to feel at the start of that next road trip or vacation.”
