Ecuadorian talent Camituno continues his relentless 2025 momentum with latest album ‘Dios de las Redes Sociales‘ (God of Social Media), and it’s one that many can relate to. Fusing the modern world with the Christian morals proves hard when today’s younger generations look to platforms to validate who they are, this is where Camituno bravely takes the stage. This album responds to questions like: Where is God in the digital world? What does purpose look like online? using metaphors and digital terms (likes, DM’s, feeds) to express spiritual realities. Listeners can expect modern hip hop production with biblically-rooted and impactful lyrics that get to the heart of the matter: only in God is true connection found. For Camituno, this work is meant to reach souls, spark reflection, and draw young people closer to God using their everyday digital experience as a bridge. Camituno is a one of the hardest working christian rappers, songwriters, and pastors from the Ecuadorian coast of Guayaquil. This artist blends urban beats with eternal truth to reach the hearts of a generation searching for purpose. His journey began on his 17th birthday with a song called “Jesús, Jesús, Jesús”—and he hasn’t looked back since. Now at 29, he’s already written over 2,000 songs, each one a lyrical testament born from prayer, real experiences, and deep conversations with God.
Camituno is a pastor to teens at Iglesia Galilea and a trained music producer (Universidad de las Artes del Ecuador), he also currently studies Social Communication at Universidad de Guayaquil. But above all, for him it’s his mission that defines him: to speak life into this generation using the language they understand—music. His preferred style? Christian hip hop/rap, but his discography includes worship, praise, and testimonial music that speaks truth to the listener. Every Friday at 7:30 PM, Camituno connects with teens live at Iglesia Galilea in Urdesa (Guayaquil) for music, community, and spiritual encounters. And every week, he drops a new album filled with rhythm, stories, and messages that hit deeper than the beat. Join Camituno’s journey now, while he’s still on the rise.
