Don’t be fooled by the name, up and coming Dublin band Ciúnas (pronounced q-niss) are far from quiet.

Debuting in a sold out show in the Grand Social in March of 2023, the girls have been non-stop gigging together ever since.

Brought together and influenced by their love of CMAT, The Cranberries and Fleetwood Mac, Ciúnas are bringing indie queer girl music to the forefront of the Irish music scene.

Their debut single ‘Foggy’ is a silky smooth indie-rock song about the personal encounters often experienced as a young queer woman.

Ciúnas now return with their follow-up single ‘Temptress,’ which begins with a stirring soundscape and then perfectly blends with beautiful vocals and delightful harmonies.

‘Temptress’ switches the tempo and overall mood of the track up a bit to lead into catchy rock vibes.
