Bringing unique perspectives and captivating live performances Fraser Morgan puts an honest and raw feeling at the core of his music. Recently playing his 1000th, over the years he’s created a beauty in the chaos and passion of his performance. With ongoing support from BBC Introducing and the music press, as well as his band Fraser Morgan and the Great Catastrophes, he’s an artist with an authenticity like no other.
After starting October with the teaser single ‘Ruminating’, Fraser Morgan now starts November with the full extent of his new EP I Hope You Can’t Relate. Bringing a slight ferocity to his acoustic sound, Fraser shares his struggles with mental health, giving his internal thoughts space to breathe as he grows even as the music goes by.
The personal experiences all come from relatable places, Fraser’s personality calls out to those in the same boat, offering a hand for you to find solace together. His performances are energised, his production easy-going and his tone unfiltered. Fraser hopes you can’t relate, but in a way knows you can, and that’s what makes his music so special.
Fraser adds, “I Hope You Can’t Relate is almost a diary—these are deeply personal experiences, and in a way, I hope they’re not relatable. If they are, I hope it helps someone feel seen.”
