The indie-rock outfit HAYTOR has just released the sparkling summer anthem ‘Need To Know (When You’re Coming Home)’. Heartfelt, colourful and shimmering, it’s got an anthemic elegance to each starry chorus, a breezy attitude and a sun-kissed haze.

With an 80s tinged aesthetic, the synths soar above, funk-fuelled guitars and snappy, rounded drum rhythms. It’s bright and it’s polished, but retains the emotional weight of something more raw and stripped back, perfectly balanced between these two attitudes. Subtlety decorates the soundscape while vocals take the reins and draw you in to blue skies and nostalgia.

Frontman Austin Robinson shares,  “We wrote Need To Know in the height of summer as this big, vibey, late-night drive track. It’s about the absence of that someone, the longing for that connection and collections of hazy memories together.”

Following sold-out shows and support from huge tastemaker names, HAYTOR still continues to ripple excitement across the Southwest. High energy on stage and glistening production in the studio, their vibrant music continues to garner momentum.
