John Fishell Has Just Announced An Upcoming Mini Solo-Acoustic Tour John Fishell has just announced an upcoming mini solo-acoustic tour set to begin on Thursday 14 September.
The tour – designed to support Martha Makes Mistakes, Rowsie, and Holly Henderson – will include stops in Cambridge (Six Six Bar), Peterborough (Met Lounge), and Norwich (The Reindeer).
Fishell will be performing a short set of his own material, many of which come from his album ‘We’ve Got a Live One’. His musical influences are evident in his work and his unique singing voice, clever song construction, and some eclectic “nuggets” provide hidden treasures with multiple listens. Assisting Fishell on the tour – and on his recordings – are rhythm section veterans Brian McRae (drums) and Mario Pagliarulo (bass) who provide a solid yet explosive performance.
The new single “Carolina California” is now available to stream across all typical streaming platforms and also available on Fishell’s YouTube channel with a release date of Tuesday, August 15.
