Based in Washington D.C., Julien Xuereb has harboured a lifelong fascination with guitar playing. In 2017, Julien was diagnosed with dystonia, stopping his performances on classic guitar.

Julien takes a deep dive into the track, explaining its significance from his perspective, “‘Ta Route’ is a song that reflects on the unpredictable and chaotic journey of life, emphasizing the beauty in its mysteries and the strength found in embracing uncertainty. The idea for the song came to me while I was driving. Inspired by the motion and rhythm of the road ahead, melodies began to form in my mind.
This piece is deeply personal, drawing from my own experiences of navigating life’s twists and turns. It serves as a reminder that our path is unique, often unclear, yet filled with endless possibilities. The lyrics encourage resilience and self-expression, urging us to take control of our journey and move forward with determination, even through challenges.
