JUNO release high-octane anthem ‘One More Time’

Liverpool-based alt-indie band Juno have made a name for themselves as electrifying performers, lighting up the likes of the O2 Academy in Liverpool, The Grace in London and the Boileroom in Guildford. Max Mullen of lead vocals, Ben Coles and George Vinall on guitar, Will Clawson on drums and Tom Greathead on bass, the five-pieces debut single ‘Do You Want Me’ was released in 2019. Since then, they’ve scene television features, BBC Introducing’s record of the week, a successful UK tour with more releases along the way.

The latest from the band is new single ‘One More Time’, featuring the energetic grit of soaring shoegaze melodies, backed up with a driving rhythm section where the drums, bass and more guitars control the movement of the track. Vocally, frontman Max shines in his performance, undeterred by the aggressive textures below him and still delivering a passionate and warm performance, perfectly portraying the protagonist on the edge of control. Its infectious, adrenaline-fuelled and attention grabbing.

The band speak on the single, “We wanted to move into a more creative space that was more in-line with our music tastes as the band has matured. We were looking for the sound that you get when you watch us live, a raw and unapologetic recording. The new sound is set to stir the pot and give people a good reason to take notice.”
