Katile releases first 2020 single: ‘Say Sorry’

Though she just released her 3rd official single, Katile has been working on perfecting her craft as early as 2015, developing herself as an artist alongside Grammy Award winning super-producer and singer Mark Hudson and performing all over New York. Her talent earned her praise from The New York Post, Hollywood Life, Bravo and Time Out NY and more, while she is now ready to take her buzzing career to the next level with her first single this year, ‘Say Sorry.’

An emotional and relatable song, ‘Say Sorry’ tells the story of someone who feels the need to always apologize for everything. Combining dance and pop aesthetics, Katile sings over a minimal yet uplifting instrumental, proving once again why she should be on everyone’s radar.

“I wrote ‘Say Sorry’ because I’m someone that is ALWAYS apologizing, my anxiety makes me feel the need to apologize for everything. I feel like a lot of people do this too, saying sorry all the time and I think we should all be proud of who we are, the choices we make, and own the space we take up. Nobody should be apologizing for just being themselves.” – Katile
