KingQueen releases “That’s Why She’s Hot” official music video

KingQueen, a pop-rock band known for its energetic and edgy sound, releases “That’s Why She’s Hot” official music video with an empowering message.  The band was formed by lead singer Ina, also known as Sabrina Petrini, and consists of Bobby Carpenter, Brandon Valerino, Jake Absher, and Ella G. Burgos. KQ’s sound is best described as energetic and edgy, delivering sing-along choruses and vulnerable yet self-empowering lyrics. The band has performed at various prestigious events, received accolades for their music and music videos, released multiple singles, and toured extensively.

They recently released their music video and single, “That’s Why She’s Hot,” starring Manila Luzon and directed by AJ Prager. The song and video exude a confident and assertive “empowerment” vibe, while the video cleverly intertwines humour and a powerful message about not judging others based on appearances. It aims to challenge stereotypes regarding personal preferences, interests, and capabilities tied to gender and looks. The overarching message emphasises individuality and the rejection of societal expectations and assumptions.

KingQueen is currently performing at their Freakin Hot Tour. It includes main stages at Sacramento Pride, Weho Pride and state fairs.

In 2022 KingQueen joined the roster of ‘LA Rock Collective’. The first event was held at Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood and was covered on Spectrum News. KQ spent the summer of 2022 on their “Golden State Tour” touring the West Coast promoting their self-titled EP “KingQueen”. They also released their single “Burn This Motha” along with the music video directed and shot by K. Rocco Shields in the fall of 2022. The band made the Music Connection’s HOT 100 list placing the spotlight on individuals and bands who delivers unique excitement, expert musicianship and intriguing songcraft to stages all over the U.S. In 2023 KingQueen signed a distribution deal with Cage Riot and released two singles “Beautiful” and “Overthinking”. They spent their summer on the “Beautiful” tour performing festivals all over the US.
