Libby T brings power back to moments of heartbreak and grief with her latest release ‘Good Thing’

Rising R&B artist Libby T releases her new soulful ballad ‘Good Thing’ (Nov 10) written for times of reflection when looking back on relationships; bringing power back to those times of heartbreak and grief.

Libby T combines her soulful RnB vocals with her passion for writing music with emotional depth. She uses this to connect with others through her music and to dive into universally relatable themes. Drawing inspiration from female artists such as Ella Mai, Kehlani and Sinead Harnett, Libby has developed her love for vocal artistry and lyrical expression. Libby T is an artist who makes music for young women who use musical therapy to help them navigate what they are going through. Think of her as your older sister, who’s already been through the heartbreak and is now here to tell you it’s all going to be okay.

During lockdown, Libby spent her time refining her artistry and finding her voice through her music. She believes her experiences through 2021 helped shape her as an artist. Libby’s recent releases`Selfish’, ‘Home To You’ and ‘Learn to Love’ received plays on multiple radio stations and were also all chosen as BBC Introducing ‘track of the day’ on BBC Radio Sussex and Surrey. Her sound has further proven successful at a run of gigs including iconic venues such as Underbelly Hoxton and The Islington. Other notable performances include, supporting rising R&B/Neo-Soul artist Luke Burr, Pop legend Dom Brown (Duran Duran) and selling out her debut headline show at The Spice of Life (Soho).
