NEVE moved to London from a small town in the North of Ireland called Holywood. She quickly made her mark in London and found herself within the pop music scene. Shortly after, she discovered her talent for lyricism, writing not only for herself, but eventually for others including the likes of Anne Marie, Nicole Scherzinger and Little Mix to name a few. NEVE deeply cares about her fanbase, and she wants to write songs that her fans can confide in. By opening up herself, she hopes to encourage others to do so.
Her latest offering comes in the form of irresistible new single “Want U Back.” “Want U Back” is a pop-tinged single that also pays homage to many different genres and musical inspirations. Instrumentally, the track features a vibrant melting pot of hard-hitting drums, understated synths and heavenly backing vocals. Her infectious lead vocals land on top, and work hand in glove with her well-penned lyrics.
Speaking about the single, she says: “This song is for anyone like me who needs to scream songs in the car like it’s therapy, because screaming it on stage has been one of the best things i’ve got the pleasure of doing this year.”
