Noah Bouchard teases new album with warm new single ‘Swan Song’

Dominic Noah Bouchard Watson, better known just as Noah Bouchard, moved from London to Cardiff in 2016, going on to make music in the new city and revealing his debut single in 2018. Features across radio including BBC Radio 1xtra, BBC Radio Wales, Reprezent Radio, Unity Radio and editorial support with additions to both Fresh Finds UK & IE and New Music Friday on Spotify.

Garnering attention performing live across the UK, he was awarded with 2023’s Youth Music’s Next Generation Fund. Now we can look forward to his next album ‘Love Of My Life’, set to detail his journey of self-acceptance.

Noah Bouchard’s latest release is ‘Swan Song’, bringing the jazz-influenced rap of London to a track reminiscent of old-school Loyle Carner. A warm beat with bouncy but gentle drums and twinkling key melodies drenches the listener in nostalgia and calm. Over the top of the instrumentation, Noah delivers a smooth performance, reflecting on someone he loves, and the influence she has in his life, with meditative lyricism from start to finish. Beautiful and smooth, it will no doubt build some anticipation for the upcoming 2024 project.

Noah adds, “Swan Song is the second single and a turning point in my upcoming album. The song is a dedication to a close and special friendship that helped me regain confidence and hope when in a difficult place. It is a gentle but upbeat song expressing appreciation and love and I’m hoping it will help people understand how valuable they are to the people they love.”
