Stockholm based Swedish-Iranian r&b artist Parasto Sazvar is set to release her latest single ‘Elevate’ on Friday 17th January 2025.
Music Crowns had the chance to listen to ‘Elevate’ before its release and it is a vibrant, funky and soulful track from Parasto Sazvar and with sweet vocals that keep us hooked.
It is a soundtrack for those who feel like ‘almost’ isn’t enough, and for those daring to take things to the next level.
Parasto explains the theme “Sometimes we may feel that there’s more to be found in a relationship, but we get stuck waiting for the perfect moment before any movement happens.
‘Elevate’ is about trusting what you already have and daring to envision a shared, and bigger future, even if everything isn’t perfectly in place yet.
It’s about trusting the process.”
Blending retro-soul influences with contemporary r&b, ‘Elevate’ features Parasto’s rich, velvety vocals that glide effortlessly between soulful depth and airy sweetness.
Produced by More-10 known for his work with leading Scandinavian artists, the track also features creative contributions from Mårten Lundqvist and Nils Rulewski Stenberg, resulting in a dynamic and polished sound.
In addition, a special edition of ‘Elevate’ will feature a collaboration with underground hip-hop legend Jojo Pellegrino, adding a new dimension to the track.
