Parker Lee releases the impassioned single ‘Prison Gate’

Parker Lee has offered a fresh new peak into his upcoming album ‘Devils In Dixie’ in the form of a new single entitled ‘Prison Gate’, released through Conch Town Records. The track follows his debut single ‘Catawba River’, the track offers bluesy alt-rock riffs and roaring guitar solos. Lee’s storytelling ability is evident throughout, as his impassioned vocal performance drives energy into the track. Backed by a pumping drum beat and a driven bass line, Lee’s lead vocal and a female harmony soar out above the instrumentation.

Parker Lee found his musical calling early, influenced by his cousin’s role as the original singer for Cheap Trick and a discovery of a Kiss album in his childhood room. Fast-forward and Lee is authentically drawing from his life experiences to write his music.

After being introduced to Ken Knox from The Chairmen Of The Board by Butch Lucas, who was previously the bassist for Al Green, Parker allowed himself to be taught by the best, with the mentor recognising his talent and providing plenty of support through his career.
