South East London’s Juno James has released her third single ‘Close’.

Undoubtedly herself, what you see is what you get; she will either love or not at all.

Making music in London and Manchester, Juno combines experimental production with storytelling that’s dripping in Gen Z sensibility.

Inspired by other pop superstars such as Charli XCX, Griff and Tate McCrae, Juno is a wildly creative artist that believes her music should always be reflected by her current aesthetic.

With previous support across playlists including New Music Friday on Spotify and New in Pop on Apple as well as plays on BBC Introducing London, Juno James has set the foundation to make her mark on the pop world.

‘Close’ sees Juno James deliver stirring vocals alongside a catchy and infectious pop melody. .

The song shares the story of how being vulnerable in a relationship shows strength not weakness. It’s human nature to build a wall and protect yourself, but how can you expect someone to understand you if you’re not willing to let it down.

“One touch taught me to let it go” explains the importance of being open, ultimately leading to a road of a stronger, deeper and more meaningful relationship as well as allowing you to be wholly yourself.
