Though only just making her debut, Tammie has been performing her original songwriting live since the age of thirteen. Driven by a passion for performing arts and poetry, the artist’s sound has reached a stage of refinement after over a decade hidden from the world, Tammie set to release her debut EP in the summer of 2024.

Tammie’s first single is ‘Help Me Help Myself’, showcasing a dark and hazy atmosphere at the crossroads of neo-soul and R&B. The London-based artist is introduced over a smokey guitar line, with sparse instrumentation allowing her to showcase a delicate and beautiful vocal ability. Gentle string arrangements arrive alongside subtle percussion building the track into a vivid new section with nuanced rhythms.

Tammie adds, “HMHM was really born from a desire to be more honest with myself through my music, and was written about the struggle to pull myself out from dark and isolating times. Although it’s scary being so open and vulnerable with the world, I think it’s important as an artist to be that relatable voice for the unfiltered human experience.”
