Diving into the single, Timea explores, “’waiting for magic’ is a dive into falling in love and confessing to surrender. I tried to capture the sense of peace and something surreal that surrounds new love. I had quite a hard time for a while due to a family tragedy and falling in love kind of reminded me that there is still so much magic in the world. It was/is the best reminder I could get and I just really wanted to capture that in the song.”
