Italian-based duo WAMI are back! Lorenzo and Federico – from Mantova and Modena – teamed up with Mr. Gibo to create this powerful modern-disco track, bringing you back in the 80s, capturing that decade mixed of synthesizers, drum machines and groove to make the dancefloor move.
The original track, ‘WAMI – Deep End (ft. Kris Kiss and Julia Shuren)’ was already a very good song, with huge support from listeners. Due to Spotify’s playlists curators bad behavior, we got troubles and the music streaming platform decided to remove it from our catalogue. But after months we’re back again, with a fresh version of it.
Produced by us, with the amazing voices of Kris Kiss (London-based singer, songwriter and rapper – he worked with Steve Aoki, Hardwell, Don Diablo and Merk & Kremont, just to name a few) and Julia Shuren (super talented Ontario girl, our trusted singer and songwriter), this song had a massive impact on Mr. Gibo’s ears, bringing him to the decision of remixing it.
Mr. Gibo – born Christian Gibertoni – is a veteran in djing and clubbing, with more than 20 years spent putting his hands on consoles in several clubs in the provinces of Mantova, Modena, Reggio Emilia and Verona. Thanks to his knowledge in dance music selection, he took care of the artistic direction and production of this amazing track.

The lyrics of the song are very actual, talking about a guy who in the night thinks about the troubled and distant love relationship that leads to the girl of his dreams, but at the same time to the positive energy that she brings into her life.
Premiered By Mr. Gibo himself in his radio show ‘Weekendance’ on Italian national radio station Radio Pico, the track will be released on all digital stores starting from April 23rd.
