Indie pop band Cannibal Kids just released their charming new single ‘Worms.’
‘Worms’ begins with a beautiful guitar arrangement and gentle vocal harmonies from Cannibal Kids.
The song is quite a radiant one with calming melodies and dreamy vocals and the lyrics are heartfelt in places.
Vocalist and Rhythm guitarist Damian Gutierrez explains that “Worms is about the duality of falling in love with someone who’s already in a committed relationship. It’s about the heartbreak and stress that comes with the territory. And although it’s tough, the two characters in the song trust in their love and start a new relationship. It’s bittersweet but it’s reality. I wanted to write a song showcasing the chirality of breaking apart a relationship for my own self interest.”
The track’s high quality production music video, which features choreographed dancing and creative visuals.
