Dua Lipa takes to BBC Live Lounge to cover the Arctic Monkeys’ ‘Do I Wanna Know’

Dua Lipa has covered the Arctic Monkeys‘ hit ‘Do I Wanna Know‘ in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge and has totally turned the 2013 track on its head.

The singer took the guitar-driven track, synonymous with Brit festivals, warm beer and house parties and turned it into a stripped back, radio-ready piano ballad. Watch the full performance below.

Yesterday, Dua Lipa made YouTube history, becoming the youngest female artists to hit one billion views on her single ‘New Rules‘. She has also broken the record for most nominations of any female artist at the Brit Award ceremony. She has been nominated for British Female, British Breakthrough, British Album, British Single and British Video at this year’s award ceremony, which will take place later this month.
