Metallica announce huge North American tour

Metallica have announced a huge North American tour due to take place this year and next.

The upcoming tour, called the 2018 WorldWired tour, follows the release of the group’s Grammy Award-nominated tenth studio album, Hardwired… To Self-Destruct. Kicking things off in September at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin, the tour will move through Minneapolis, Nebraska, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, Nashville, Wichita, Indianapolis, and more before coming to an end at Grand Rapids in Minnesota.

The band re-released their thrash metal album, Master Of Puppets, back in 2017 and also appeared on Carpool Karaoke where they performed a number of their tracks and Disney songs with James Corden.
