Over 80 firearms and three skulls have been found in Cannibal Corpse guitarist’s home

Last week, Cannibal Corpse guitarist Pat O’Brien was arrested on assault and burglary charges.

A search warrant carried out following his arrest has now revealed that over 80 firearms and three skulls were found in the musician’s home.

The Tampa Bay Times reported that among the arsenal of weapons found in the death metal guitarist’s home were around 20 handguns, 50 shotguns, 10 semiautomatic rifles, and two Uzi-style rifles.

Provided that the other guns had the proper paperwork, a sawed-off shotgun was the only of the of the 80 firearms considered to be illegally possessed.

In addition, flamethrowers, thousands of rounds of ammunition and, as previously reported, three skulls were also found within the residence.

The article also reported that O’Brien rented the property and was not the homeowner.

On 10th December, O’Brien was arrested for burglary and assault, after he allegedly broke into a nearby house, pushing the female occupant to the ground and charging at a deputy police officer with a knife.

He was tased several times before he was successfully detained.

During his arrest, explosives were detonated in O’Brien’s own rented home which subsequently went up in flames.

The guitarist was held on a $50,000 bond and appeared in a Florida court the next day in an anti-suicide vest.

He was released last Friday after posting bail and is officially charged on “aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon, and burglary of an occupied dwelling with assault or battery.”
