Comedy-music duo Tenacious D have announced a new record which features Dave Grohl and an animated series titled Post-Apocalypto.
The LP marks the return of Jack Black and Kyle Glass and was produced by John Spiker. Post-Apocalypto will include 21-tracks and feature the Foo Fighters‘ frontman on drums. The record is set to arrive with a six-part animated series of the same name which will be released on the duo’s YouTube channel. Each of the frames in the episodes were hand drawn by Jack Black himself. Watch the teaser trailer below and check out the record’s tracklist.

Post-Apocalypto is slated for release on 21st November with the pair’s mini-series dropping on 28th September.
