Dave Grohl made a fan’s dreams come true over the weekend after agreeing to be his “adoptive dad“.
Just before the Foo Fighters launched into their track ‘Big Me‘ at their Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion show in Houston, Texas, Grohl noticed a young guy holding up a sign which read: “NO DAD – BE MINE?”
After noticing the fan, the band’s frontman jokingly said: “What? Dude, I have three kids. You wanna be my fourth kid? For the next four minutes. I’m gonna fucking, I’ll be your daddy.” The fan, who was later revealed to be called Landon, eventually gets on stage where the pair hugged it out.
“I hope this is the best show that you’ve ever been to ’cause it certainly is for me,” Landon told the roaring crowd. Watch below.
