New Jersey holds a young talent capable of bringing happiness and joy to the dancefloors.
Hey hey hey! We are so happy to have you here on the Music Crowns. Today with a very special feature of this young talented artist Willela, who we are happy to know from the artist himself! Yes, we had a couple of messages suggesting a specific song for review, called Redeemer, which you can find on the main digital platforms. So let’s do it!
To start, let’s spot the artist. Willela is a DJ and music producer who lives in New Jersey, in the United States. We have contacted him and luckily he replied with all the information we need here. From Michael Jackson’s albums to Eminem and Motley Crue, Willela’s influences have a wide range.Willela has built his own music based on the studies of guitar, keyboard and singing in the church but it was when Logic Pro X came into his life that everything changed.
When asked about his influences, Willela says: “I try to combine 90’s dance music like Haddaway, Double You and Alexia with modern electronic music such as Bass House made to the dancefloor with a deeper message and full of vocals”. Willela also comments: “To make my music impression even more clearer we have created a video clip for the song, which is all about fun”. Let’s watch it!
“You’ve been trying to kill me every night” says the song that is capable of adding motivation, energy and a nice vibe to our daily lives. Strong presence of a fat rounded bass line and sticky lyrics. But that ‘s not all. It builds an atmosphere throughout its more than three minutes and a half which is impossible to ignore. Music Crowns has asked him about the feeling of Redeemer, and Willela replied:
“Redeemer was made to stick on people’s heads. I started producing the hook to the drop, then the Synth gave me all the inspiration to play the Bass and Percussion. It’s a result of almost a year of hard work on it. When I felt melodies were almost done, then I created the vocals on my own. I’m very proud that people have enjoyed”
