Brooklyn alternative rockers Midnight Foolishness have unleashed a mesmerizing new track and music video.

“Wishing You The Worst” sees the band team with Johnny Craig, Joseph Arrington (A Lot Like Birds, Royal Coda) & Eric Moore, as the quartet kick off 2025 in style.

Speaking on the new track, lead vocalist Robert Corbino shares: “We were stoked to work with some amazing friends and collaborators on “Wishing You The Worst”, and we can’t wait for our fans to hear the new song. This is just the start of a stacked 2025 for Midnight Foolishness, so watch this space.”

Founded by members of journeyman Brooklyn rock band Candiria, Midnight Foolishness emerged with their debut album, Use Your Head Not Your Hands in 2017.

Featuring the raucous pop-punk stylings of “Evil Banana” and frenetic, hardcore leaning “Are You Ready?” the ten tracks offered up a pacey and high-octane soundscape, nodding to the group’s myriad alternative rock influences.

Following a seven year absence, 2024 comeback single “Quitters Get Nothing” saw the band channel the likes of The Used and Saosin, as they deftly intertwined resonating riffs with potent percussion, on the emo-induced single, kicking off their upcoming cycle.

Having played hundreds of shows across the Northeast, including short runs with CKY as well as support with The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Eidola, the New Yorkers continue to strike a chord with fans; their unwavering energy and heart-on-sleeve live performance making them a compelling live prospect.

Midnight Foolishness’s first release of 2025 sees them assemble a cast of scene heavy hitters, including Johnny Craig, Joseph Arrington (A Lot Like Birds, Royal Coda) and Eric Moore. “Wishing You The Worst” is a striking and vibrant track, showing Midnight Foolishness’s ability to shape accessible alternative rock with pertinent storytelling.
