A few years ago, During the Foo Fighter‘s performance at Fenway Park in Boston, something magical happened.
Dave Grohl, the band’s frontman, decided he would invite his orthopaedic surgeon Dr Lew Schon on stage to deliver a performance of The White Stripes‘ iconic track, ‘Seven Nation Army‘.
From start to finish the doc definitely earns his stripes. Belting out the song the crowd roars along with him providing an unforgettable moment for all in attendance. Watch it unfold below.
“Holy shit, that’s actually my doctor,” Grohl explains at the end in amazement before closing the show with a “Thank you! Goodnight!“
